Daily office cleaning is desks, floors, and the rooms people use every hour. Weekly or monthly work goes further. A deep clean, a pantry reset, and glass or façade work are separate visits.
Name the areas and the rhythm before anyone agrees a price. Restrooms and the cafeteria need their own line, because they fail in public when they are folded into “general cleaning.”
A one-page scope beats a slogan. It says what happens every day, what happens on a cycle, and what is only booked when the building needs it.
