A health camp needs a date, a room people can reach during the working day, and a clear list of what will be checked. Attendance should be voluntary.
Individual results belong to the person who was examined. A company may need a count of how many people attended. It does not need each result in a manager’s inbox unless the person has agreed to that sharing.
If care outside the country or a hospital contact is part of the request, say so at the start. Those are different arrangements from a checkup held in the office.
